Synopsis
Many dangers lurk in the magnificent African savannah, especially for a meerkat like our hero Tafiti. His grandfather Opapa teaches him that the world is full of risks and that it is better to keep to themselves. But Tafiti cannot follow this wisdom and rushes to the rescue of Pinsel, a brush-eared pig. A poisonous snake sneaks in and Opapa is bitten. The only hope of rescue is a rare blue flower that blooms beyond the desert. Tafiti promises to stay away from others from now on, but this turns out to be more difficult than he thought. Pinsel follows Tafiti to pay off his debt. Together, following Opapa’s advice, they set off into the endless desert, where they fight for survival and grow together in their greatest adventure.
